Warranty Coverage
Structural Strength
10 years coverage on main frame integrity.
Material Perforation
5 years coverage on Poly Carbonate roof.
Surface Coating
1 year coverage for peeling, flaking, or rust.
Warranty Conditions
- ✔ Installation must follow Australian Standards (Wind Region A/B – N1/N2).
- ✔ Not valid if installed within 10km of coastal/marine areas or high-wind regions unless certified.
- ✔ Carport must be on a flat, level surface with proper anchoring.
- ✔ Proof of purchase & installation photos required within 60 days of purchase.
Inclusions
- ✅ Free replacement of defective materials.
- ✅ Free shipping of replacement materials.
Exclusions
- ❌ Labor, installation, or service costs.
- ❌ Improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
- ❌ Natural disasters (storms, floods, cyclones).
- ❌ Corrosion from industrial/chemical environments.
- ❌ Normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the replacement and shipping of defective materials. Carports Factory Outlet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We reserve the right to interpret and finalize all warranty claims.
